As usual, activity on the site has diminished slightly now that the new school year has started; I'm back and work, Kat's back at Uni; Late nights and energy drinks abound in the flat.

However, one talented fan has been working away and has sent us this guest strip! A character, once left by the wayside (read: Killed off) has been lovingly brought back by Alex C.!

An new comic for you lovely people! Beard Wars is a story of manliness and facial hair leading from the fact that Chris (Ben) has shaved his beard since the time Two Sides Wide was at its peak, while Steve (Dave) has grown one. It looks pretty much like the picture.

I kinda want to draw beard fists now...

They say that if you have five dollars, and he has five dollars, he has more than you. And they say that he can kill two stones with one bird. He does not sleep, he waits. He has counted to infinity, twice, and he is the reason why Where's Wally is hiding. He doesn't get frostbite, he bites frost; he can slam a revolving door; he can lead a horse to water AND make it drink; he can have his cake and eat it; and if you tickle him on his tummy, his arms go right up in the air and stay there 'til you stop, at which point he fixes you with a really sad expression and slowly lowers his arms.

What am I talking about? Today, you are present for the birth of a new synthesis of meme; a bringing-together of two of the internet's best loved entities, one old, one new; Chuck Norris and the Slow Loris. We present for you... CHUCK LORIS.
